Dissection and cut of the round ligaments, Fallopian tube, and ligament of the ovary.

Dissection and cut of the uterine artery. Ureter identification and preservation.

Separation and dissection of the uterus from the bladder and identification of the upper vagina.

Resection of the uterus and closure of the vaginal cuff.
